Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by StratOps HQ ("we," "us," or "our"), including any software, products, websites, and services offered through www.stratopshq.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Service Description

StratOps HQ offers a subscription-based platform designed to help businesses streamline their operations, prioritize initiatives, generate professional documents, and improve decision-making. The Service includes tools for strategic planning, operations management, and project management, as well as document generation and review services. Our offerings may include, but are not limited to, access to templates, automated reports, analysis tools, document review, and other business resources.

Subscription and Payments

a. To access the Service, you must register for a subscription and provide accurate and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep this information up-to-date.

b. Fees: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance. All fees are non-refundable, except as explicitly provided in these Terms.

c. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined in Section 8.

Document Review Service

The document review service offers expert feedback on submitted business documents. You may either pay on a per-document basis or subscribe to a plan that includes a set number of document reviews per month. Document review services are subject to a 24-48 hour turnaround time, with an option for expedited service on premium plans.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your account details and password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs, and content, are owned or licensed by StratOps HQ. Your subscription does not transfer any rights to the intellectual property of the Service. You may not use, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

StratOps HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or inability to access the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, nor do we make any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from using the Service.

Cancellation and Termination

a. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at dan@stratopshq.com. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the then-current billing cycle. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

b. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Third-Party Content and Services

Our platform may rely on third-party services, such as Typeform, to provide parts of the Service (e.g., data collection forms). We are not responsible for the accessibility, accuracy, or content of these third-party services and declare partial compliance for these sections of the platform. Please refer to our Accessibility Statement for more information.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of the Terms. In some cases, we may provide additional notice, such as sending a notification or posting a statement on our homepage. By continuing to use the Service after any changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

Governing Law
